What We Do
Our process is three fold
i. Informational Meeting – An initial meeting is held to gather information from our potential client along with offering an overview of Riverside Benefits Group.
ii. Benefits Design – Our design team will review the gathered information and draft a custom benefit option. Our presentation can include not only policy options, but also technology and employee education suggestions.
iii. Enrollment & Beyond – The Enrollment Team can conduct benefit educational meetings utilizing different methods. After the enrollment is complete, the service team will provide a 1st invoice reconciliation to ensure all policies have issued correctly. New hire enrollments and “wellness days” are also scheduled.
Riverside Benefits Group uses a service-based model. Our staff will be there before, during and after the enrollment.
Our team is well versed working through the benefit plan complexities of large corporations, municipalities, hospitals and universities. We also understand the challenges associated with small businesses. The size of your company is not an issue. Ryan started as an agency owner in 2011 with a single location and has since grown the business into multiple locations. After selling worksite benefits through the agencies, he identified a need in a market that is underserved and formed Riverside Benefits Group. Ryan has extensive experience with worksite benefits for hospitals and businesses of all sizes.
Roy has been in the worksite insurance industry for over 25 years. During his career, he began as an independent agent and worked his way up to an agency owner. Prior to partnering with Ryan, Roy spent the past 10 years working with several carriers as a multi-state territory sales director. He has experience working with groups of all sizes and industries, including manufacturing, hospitals, and municipalities.
