Riverside Benefits Group was founded by a team of dedicated professionals, Ryan Hickey, CEO and Roy Munster, President, Director of Operations who recognized the need for comprehensive and tailored benefit solutions in the workplace. With more than seven decades of combined experience, we have built a legacy rooted in trust, expertise, and client satisfaction. Our journey began with the desire to create a positive impact on employee welfare and has evolved into a commitment to excellence in benefit management. Through continuous innovation and a client-centric approach, we have established ourselves as a leader in the industry, consistently delivering value and support to our clients.

Ryan Hickey

CEO
As a local Richmonder, Ryan started as an agency owner in 2011 with a single location and has since grown the business. After selling worksite benefits through the agency, he identified a need in a market that is underserved and formed Riverside Benefits Group. Ryan has extensive experience with worksite benefits for hospitals and businesses of all sizes.

Roy Munster

President

Roy has over 30 years of experience in worksite benefits insurance. He started as an independent agent and became an agency owner. Before partnering with Ryan, he spent 10 years as a multi-state territory sales director for various carriers. Roy has worked with groups of all sizes and many industries including manufacturing, hospitals, and municipalities.
