Offering the Best Options for Your Team
Our process involves three steps.
-
Informational Meeting – An introductory meeting is conducted to bring together all parties. During this session, information such as company demographics, current benefit plans and unmet needs and concerns will be discussed.
-
Benefits Design – Our design team will review the gathered information and draft several custom benefit options. Our presentation includes not only policy options, but also technology and employee education suggestions.
-
Enrollment & Beyond – The Enrollment Team can conduct benefit education meetings utilizing different methods. After the enrollment is complete, the service team will provide a 1st invoice reconciliation to ensure all policies have been issued correctly. New hire enrollments and “wellness days” are also scheduled. Plan reviews will be held each year to ensure the clients’ changing needs are met.
Riverside Benefits Group employs a service-based model ensuring our staff are available before, during, and after enrollment.
Our team is experienced in managing benefit plan complexities for various types of organizations, including manufacturing, municipalities, hospitals, and universities. We also recognize the challenges faced by small businesses. The size of your company does not affect our ability to provide a custom benefit design plan to safeguard your employees.

Accident insurance helps ensure that unexpected injuries do not lead to financial hardships for employees and their families.

Cancer Policy
This specialized insurance provides financial support to policyholders who are diagnosed with cancer. It covers a range of expenses including treatment costs, medication, and hospital stays, as well as non-medical expenses like transportation and home care. The policy can help mitigate the financial burden during the recovery process.

Critical Illness Insurance
This type of insurance provides a lump-sum payment to policyholders diagnosed with a serious illness, such as cancer, heart attack, or stroke. It helps cover medical expenses, lost income, and other costs associated with recovery, offering financial relief during a challenging time.

Coverage includes dark web monitoring, stolen fund reimbursement, pre-existing conditions of identity theft or fraud, and deceased family member coverage.

Legal Services
Pre-paid legal insurance offers access to attorneys for services such as advice, document review, and representation in various legal matters, including will preparation, traffic violations, family law, and identity protection. It can provide legal support without hourly fees, ensuring peace of mind and financial protection.

Pet Insurance
Pet insurance helps manage veterinary expenses, offering accident, illness, and wellness coverage.

Medical Gap Insurance
Medical gap insurance is a supplemental insurance policy designed to cover gaps in standard health insurance plans. These gaps often include out-of-pocket expenses such as deductibles, copayments, and coinsurance that are not fully covered by primary health insurance.
Technology / Additional Services

Technology Options
Our technology options regarding onboarding and benefits enrollment include using digital platforms that streamline the process. These platforms can provide online portals for employees to access their benefit options and enroll digitally. Additionally, we offer virtual benefit education sessions through webinars and interactive video tools to ensure that employees fully understand their choices. These digital tools also facilitate ongoing communication between employees and the enrollment team, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
